The room was comfortable with strong shower pressure, and the AC was easy to control. Staff at the restaurant, especially Rodolfo, were attentive and made our breakfasts feel special.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

The large pool was inviting despite some leaves floating around, and room service offered tasty dishes at reasonable prices. However, the hotel felt slightly overpriced at $100, lacking an executive lounge that many expect at this price point. Additionally, poor gym facilities and unhelpful information regarding the airport shuttle caused some anxiety upon arrival.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the great breakfast buffet, which had a nice selection, including tacos that my husband enjoyed, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. it’s also just a short drive to the Cancun Underwater Museum and a quick walk to the beautiful parks in the area.

my family and I had a great stay at the courtyards. the rooms were clean and very comfortable. we loved the lovely pool area and enjoyed some excellent food in the restaurant. the staff was really friendly, and the shuttle service to the airport was super prompt. can't forget the peaceful garden with hammocks! definitely a nice touch.

The room was pretty clean and comfortable with good bedding. I liked the spacious feel, and the bathroom was nice too. The air conditioning worked well so I felt relaxed during my stay. Only downside was it got a bit too hot on the first night, but thankfully, they offered a new room which was great! Overall, a solid experience.

This place is super close to the airport and has a spacious room with solid AC, fridge, and nice pool vibes. The airport shuttle was a lifesaver. just hop on and you're set! We had a delicious dinner here, too—definitely recommend the steak!

The pool area was the highlight of our stay, super relaxing and beautiful! 🌴 The only downside was the noisy staff at night, which was a bit disruptive.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which allowed for easy access to my meetings. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with friendly and attentive service. I especially enjoyed the margarita made by our waiter, Emilio, who was charming and helpful throughout our stay.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! We kicked back by the beautiful pool and grabbed some great food from the on-site restaurant. Also caught the game while relaxing, which was a highlight! The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was comfortable. Just a heads up, the shuttle service was convenient, so plan accordingly if arriving late.

Our toilet had a high-pitched squeal every time we flushed, which was a bit annoying.
